This is one of the smaller viewfinder cameras, but I really like the size, makes it a bit easier to take a long, because it fits in your pocket. It’s still on the heavy side – it weighs around 600g – especially if you take the size in consideration.
Had mine for some time, haven’t used it that much. But I used it a second time for my 20.53 project, – click here to see those photos – the ones here below, are from the first roll of film I shoot with it.
I’m really surprised by the quality, of both the camera and the photo it produces. It’s definitely the best – of the ones I tried – in the Vito series. And it’s just amazing that a camera that’s almost 70 years old – it was produced between 1954 and 1957 – still works, man they knew how to build stuff in the old days. And mine is in mint condition, I wonder if it has ever been used.
I just Love the little frame counter, that’s right above the lens, and a nice feature is that it’s “upside down” so when you’re holding your camera, you just flip it over to see the frame count, and then the numbers are the right way around, and it counts backwards, so you see how many shoots you got left.
NB: the film I used was a new Kodak ColorPlus ISO 200

In short!
Awesome little viewfinder
Pros
- Great build quality
- Cool frame counter
- Small
Cons
- None really
- It has to have a film loaded, in order to work – makes it hard to check if it’s working when you find one at a flea market.
